Refunds & Exchanges
Please review our refund / exchange / cancellation policies below for purchases:
- a) For any reason should you wish to refund or exchange your purchased item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to refund or exchange your order.
- b) Items can only be refund / exchanged if the items have not been opened, used, unpacked or damaged made by the recipient.
- c) Items must be in the original condition with undamaged boxes (if any).
- d) You are responsible for the items to be sent back to us until they reach us, and agree to assume the costs associated with the returning purchased item(s) to us.
- e) Cancellation fees is applicable depending on the amount of your purchase/order shall you wish to make a refund
- f) Upon reception of the returned item, it will take up to 2-3 working days for us to inspect and approve the exchange/refund request.
- g) Upon approval, you will receive your exchange/refund in the original payment method.
- h) For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us again at email@example.com OR you can whatsapp us at +6011 1878 2202 (Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm only) with your order id eg: (#123456) using subject header “Missing, Defect & Wrong Items”
Returns by Mail
- Pack your return well to prevent damage in transit. Use postal service with track & trace to prevent lost.

- Once our team has received, inspected and accepted the returned item(s) our customer service will have it processed for exchange of products.
- Our working hours are on Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm, Sat from 9am to 1pm except Sun & Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.

- Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable during the transitions until item reaches our store.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURES (Non-Faulty Product)
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at +6011 1878 2202 (Whatsapp) (Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm) with your order id eg: (#123456) using subject header “Order Cancellation”. Once the order has been made dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must be returned to Perfect Blend Wellness according to the guidelines provided by our Customer Service Team (please contact the above stated number).
CANCELLATION PROCEDURES (Faulty Product)
- All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties expressed, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
- Product image as seen on the site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
- If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team at +6011 1878 2202 (Whatsapp) (Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm) with your order id eg: (#123456) using subject header “Order Cancellation”, details of the product and reason for return for a replacement.
- Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement via email as soon as possible.
- In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair or replace you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
